 Verified Our AC went out at my work on 7/1 gave a call to Element Heating & Air , they came by looked at it and gave us the diagnosis. First thing on 7/2 A.M.  The AC Technician showed up with a new thermostat replacement and changed out our filters from all the operatory rooms. Our office was up and running with Cool air again.  Verified I feel bad because I waited so long writing this review. We had never had central AC. Just central heating. We decided to take the jump. Gus and his Crew did an amazing job installing a brand new AC and new furnace. Even relocating my new furnace to a more efficient location. I can't thank them enough. We haven't had many hot days yet but even on the days it got warm I kicked it on just to see. It cooled down very nicely.  Verified Element Heating & Air was recommended to us by our local real estate contact and we couldn't be more pleased with the service. We needed to replace our entire HVAC. They serviced several homes in the area, so we felt comfortable hiring them. From start to finish, this company was super helpful. The two men they sent were able to handle the entire install in 1 day and then scheduled someone to come by and fix the drywall.  Verified Behind a great company is the leader with a standard and commitment to follow it through. Gus and his staff are such a breath of fresh air. We experienced a small fire that deemed our HVAC unit a loss. Gus provided options for units, sizes and quoted the differences. This was easy for me to gauge against our needs. The job was completed this past winter '23. The work was meticulous, and he explained each detail and the benefit/reason behind it. We've since gone through a winter with our new system and are in the height of summer experiencing the affects of his work.
